Jan. 1 —
Glenmary’s 80th anniversary is noted in a list of American Catholic milestones for 2019 in this Patheos blog by Pat McNamara. Read more.
Jan. 2 —
Glenmary novice Antonio Marchi was featured in the Early County News in Georgia. The article serves as something of an introduction, though Antonio has been serving the area since June. Read more.
Jan. 3 —
The passing of Glenmary Father Frank Schenk was noted by the Catholic News Herald of Western North Carolina in a listing of notable deaths from 2018. Father Frank died in April of last year. Read more.
Jan. 13 —
Holy Family in Lafayette, Tenn. is one of four churches under construction in the Diocese of Nashville. A story on page 17 in a recent edition of the Tennessee Register
includes updates on Holy Family with quotes from a parishioner and Glenmary Father Vic Subb. Read more.

Father Tom Charters was mentioned in Adam’s Apples, a column published in The Erwin Record. The author was inspired by the new year and some words by Father Tom on transitions in life. Read more.
