From today’s Scripture: “But grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory now and to the day of eternity. Amen.”—2 Pt 3:18

As followers of Christ, we live in hope, awaiting the new heavens and new earth where God’s righteousness dwells. God’s patience calls us to holiness, vigilance, and growth in his grace. Let us go forth, steadfast in faith, sharing the love of Jesus and guiding others to salvation, so that our lives bear witness to God’s glory and mercy.

Let us pray: Lord Jesus, make us holy and steadfast in faith, that we may share your love and mercy with all, and help bring others into the joy of your new creation.
