Marvel at creation.
From today’s Scripture: “Bless the LORD, O my soul; and all my being, bless his holy name.”—Ps 103:1
I look out the windows of the chapel here at Glenmary headquarters. I am drawn to see the turkey running after the squirrels for recreation! I see wonderful trees sprouting their green leaves. New deer walk slowly, their noses close to the ground, sniffing out something to eat. God’s creatures look at each other through the windows. Here in living color God’s word is made present. God’s creatures are a beautiful reminder of how creative and imaginative God is.
Let us pray: Loving God, you are amazing! Help me to see in all creation around the work of your loving hands.
