From today’s Scripture: “The souls of the just are in the hand of God, and no torment shall touch them.’”—Wis 3:1

No matter what we face, we are never outside of God’s care. Life can be overwhelming, painful, or confusing at times. But our souls are always safe with him. Nothing can take away the love and peace he promises us. Today, as we commemorate the souls of the departed, let us find comfort knowing they have found peace in heaven.

Let us pray: Heavenly Father, help me find comfort in knowing that even when things feel shaky, you are holding me.
