From today’s Scripture: “For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him.”—Jn 3:17
This Gospel reminds us that mission begins with God’s love, not judgment. Jesus was sent not to condemn but to save, and we are called to continue that same mission. Our role is to reflect a love that reaches out, welcomes, and restores — especially to those who feel forgotten or unworthy. When we live this way, we help others encounter the hope and new life God desires for all.
Let us pray: Open our hearts to see those who feel forgotten or unworthy, and give us the courage to reach out with compassion and hope. Help us to reflect your mercy in all we do. Amen.
