Fourth Wednesday of Lent

Lent Email Header 2026_web

From today’s Scripture: “I do not seek my own will but the will of the one who sent me.”—Jn 5:30

The Gospel writer John wants us to remember the strong relationship between God the Father and God the Son. The Father has given all to the Son. Jesus said, the Father and I are one.

During Lent especially, these words make me wonder and feel greatly blessed. God  wants us to live in our true home, heaven. Jesus came to show us the way. May our Lenten journeys lead us to a deeper relation of God the Father and Son.

Let us pray: May our whole beings open us to the glory of God.

Today’s author is Father Vic Subb. He has served as a mission pastor, building three churches and accompanying migrants, over many years.
