From today’s Scripture: “Then they laid hands on them and they received the Holy Spirit.”—Acts 8:17

God often works through people: in prayer, encouragement, and the ways we show up for one another. Sometimes the presence of the Holy Spirit comes to us through someone else’s faith, kindness, or willingness to pray with us. It reminds me that faith isn’t something we live alone; God uses our community to strengthen and guide us.

Let us pray: Holy Spirit, open my heart today and help me be someone who brings your peace and encouragement to others.
