Glenmary Farm E-newsletter    Autumn 2007
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Joe Grosek Wheeww! It's been hotter this summer than even some of the Lewis County old-timers can remember! Our swimming hole has seen a lot of action the last couple of months from the terrific groups who came from north, south, east and west: Michigan, Louisiana, New Jersey and California, to name a few. These groups, large and small, worked together on several People's Self-Help Housing construction projects and made friends with folks at Comprehend and Licking Valley. Thanks to all of you for the blessings you brought to the Farm this summer.
I want to give special thanks to Farm managers Laura, Jill and Julie for their long-term service. I'll be welcoming a whole new crew of Farm managers for the fall season. I'd also like to thank Shawn Roser, a Glenmary aspirant and a student at the Pontifical College Josephinium, for his great work at the Farm this summer.
I hope your new school year goes well, and remember, if you change your email address, be sure to let me know!
-Joe Grosek, Glenmary Volunteer Director
