Commission on Evangelization

From St. Mark Church, Monticello, Ark.

St. Mark hosted its first International Dinner in January 2002. The event was so much fun and so informative that people were still talking about it in March!
Each classroom in the education area was dedicated to the food and decorations of an ethnic group in the parish. There were Filipino, Middle Eastern, Polish, Cajun, Italian and Spanish rooms.

Adults, teens and community guests wandered through the rooms filling their plates with delicious foods from all over the world. Tables in the social hall provided for socializing, eating and comparing notes.
