Starting the 'Evangelization Conversation'

From Holy Cross Church in Crossett, Ark.

This parish sponsored an evening session on “When a Loved One Leaves the Church.” Based on a process developed in the Diocese of Buffalo, the three-hour evening session included prayer for healing, information and support. The team who presented the session: Father Neil Pezzulo (pastor), Eleanor Henley (pastoral sssociate), Father Chet Artysewicz (pastor of St. Markk in Monticello) and Lorraine Vancamp (facilitator).

The process is designed to address those who are grieving family members or close friends who have become inactive or are alienated from the Church.
